The process should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete, whereupon you'll receive a report which will provide you with a score and an explanation for what that score signifies. Those who benefit most from this process spend at least an hour contemplating their results and taking notes from their report.

Should you want to gain maximum value, do the same. Write down your impressions, ideas that occur to you while reading your results, questions you'd want to ask of an expert on how to use that information, and any commitments you're willing to make to your own growth as a result of what you've discovered.
