It’s well known that assessments are an incredible engagement marketing and lead generation tool. When collecting responses from your assessment respondents, how do you manage that information? How long do you want to store it? How are you utilizing it?

Many privacy laws around the world specify that data should be kept no longer than necessary. With that in mind, Agolix by Assessment Generator now supports flexible response retention to ensure that the valuable data you collect is yours as long – or as short – as you want it to be!

Flexibility with Response Retention Periods

In a recent update, Agolix now lets you shorten the response retention period for your assessments. What does this mean for you? By default, responses to your assessment will be kept for 5 years in your account. Now you are able to customize that time period to meet your needs. You can choose to retain your responses for anywhere from one day to five years! If you’d like to download your current responses and then set up a shorter response retention period, you can do that! We want to give you the flexibility to store as much or as little data and information as you would like, according to the needs of your business.

Managing Assessment Responses

Now that you have the tools to clear out assessment response information from your account, refreshing your knowledge on viewing, downloading, and exporting that information may be a good idea! Agolix lets you export assessment responses easily to a CSV file, which you can open with any spreadsheet program.

Our software also allows you to view and filter responses before exporting them. This lets you export data based on criteria such as dates, groups, or individual respondents. You can view or edit details, download data in a CSV, or view the respondent’s PDF report.

Are you ready to manage your data more effectively and efficiently with Agolix? We can’t wait to work with you! Get started here today!
