What is your name (or the name you wish to use for this poem)
List three adjectives that describe you.
List any number you choose.
Describe a color but don't name it. (e.g. It is like bubbles breaking on a sunny day.)
Write something you remember experiencing with family or friends, that makes you smile to recall. (One sentence.)
Name a person (or creature) who is or has been significant to you.
List two abstract concepts you learned from the person in Line 6.
Write a phrase that refers to something the line 6 person did that showed you the qualities you wrote in line 7.
YOUR name (as in line 1).
One sentence that states one of your core beliefs about life.
